1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CareSuite24/7 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CareSuite24/7 provides a cloud-based platform for certificate management, training compliance tracking, invoicing, and related administrative tools for care and training organisations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
